We work officially, with transparency
We work officially in Spain, with a contract, an indicative quote and an agreed scope before starting. We document the work with photos and video and follow it remotely for owners who live abroad or far away. The team grows from 4 to 15 people depending on the project and, when needed, we coordinate with architects and technical specialists.
Who is behind OBRA.cat
OBRA.cat is the brand under which Liubov Drohan (autònoma a Espanya) offers construction and renovation services in Catalonia. We work officially in Spain, with the documentation and invoicing in order; the full tax details are set out in the legal notice. We are an in-house team that has worked in Catalonia since 2021 and grows from 4 to 15 people depending on the job.
We are not an intermediary platform or a marketplace: the work is carried out by our own team, and we follow it up directly with the owner.

Where we work
We work across Catalonia. We usually operate in areas such as Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona, among other regions. These are service areas, not offices or branches: we travel to suit the project and assess each case by its scope and location.
How we work with remote owners
Some of the work is for owners who live far away or outside Catalonia. That is why we document progress and keep communication open throughout the build:
Contract, scope and reporting
Before starting we define the contract, an indicative quote and the scope of the work in writing, so it is clear what is included, in which phases and how any changes are handled. During the work, any change of scope is assessed and agreed in writing before it is carried out.

When coordination with technicians is needed
We carry out the construction part of the work and, when the project requires it, coordinate with architects and technical specialists: for example, on works with a project and site supervision, structural studies or works in apartment communities.
OBRA carries out the work; it does not replace the architect, the competent technician, the property administrator, the council or legal advice. Granting permits and licences is up to the administration, and each project has to be assessed individually.
We provide a written warranty according to the type of work and the agreed conditions. We do not promise exact timelines or prices without assessing each project. The company is owned by Liubov Drohan, autònoma a Espanya.
