Façades
Façade refurbishment and finishing: cladding, external insulation (ETICS) and envelope repairs, with attention to drainage and thermal bridges.
We build to the technical project
The façade is the envelope that protects and insulates the house. We work on cladding systems, external insulation and the repair of deteriorated elements, always using safe access equipment.
- Assessment of the façade's condition
- Access equipment (scaffolding) and safety measures
- Phased execution and documentation
- A licence and, where required, a technical project
- Agreement of the owners' association in multi-unit buildings
What's included
The exact scope is defined in writing for each project. It does not include items that are not agreed.
When this service makes sense
- The façade is deteriorated or showing damp
- You want to improve the insulation of your home
- The owners' association needs to refurbish the envelope

Stages of the work
Structural, electrical, gas and roofing work is high-risk and must be carried out by professionals in line with the technical project and regulations. We explain how we work; this is not a manual for doing it yourself.
Frequently asked questions
- What is needed to carry out façade work in an apartment building?
- Work on shared elements such as the façade normally requires approval from the owners' meeting, under the requirements of the applicable regulations and the community's statutes. We coordinate with the property manager and the technician, and prepare a clear scope and indicative quote for the meeting.
- What is the difference between ETICS and a ventilated façade?
- ETICS is an external thermal insulation system with a continuous cladding layer; a ventilated façade incorporates an air gap between the cladding and the wall. The right solution depends on the building, the budget and the project.
- How long will the scaffolding be up, and what disruption should I expect?
- It depends on the scope and the area of the façade. Scaffolding and access equipment are installed safely, and we plan the work to minimise disruption, but we cannot give exact durations without assessing the case.
- Are there grants available for improving façade insulation?
- Public grant programmes for energy renovation of buildings do exist, but conditions, amounts and deadlines change with each call. Up-to-date information should be checked with ICAEN and the Agència de l'Habitatge.
- What do you do if a repaired crack reappears?
- A crack that comes back usually means the underlying cause was not resolved. We diagnose the source before repairing again; if a structural problem is suspected, we review it with a technician.
