What it involves

A full renovation renews a home from top to bottom. We coordinate demolition, masonry, services, finishes and every trade involved so the result is coherent and the process orderly.

What's included

Redistribution of spaces
Renewal of services (water, electrics, drainage)
Masonry, plasterboard and wall finishes
Flooring, painting and final finishes
Bathroom and kitchen where they fall within scope

The exact scope is defined in writing for each project. It does not include items that are not agreed.

When this service makes sense

  • You want to renew an entire home or commercial space
  • The current layout no longer works for you
  • The services are old and need replacing

We can coordinate with architects and technical specialists, but the final decision on permits rests with the local council. This page is informational and does not replace the judgement of a qualified professional.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to move out during a full renovation?
It depends on the scope and whether work can be phased by area. With full renovations it is often more practical not to be living there while work is underway, but we discuss this with you case by case.
Why does the order of trades matter?
Because each trade depends on the one before: demolition, services, masonry and finishes. Coordinating the sequence well avoids rework and keeps the site organised; that is the main advantage of having one responsible team.
Can changes be made once work has started?
Yes, but any change of scope is assessed and agreed in writing before it is carried out, as it may affect the quote and the schedule.
Do you handle rubble removal?
Yes. Construction waste is managed through an authorised waste handler as required by regulations, and we plan for this within the organisation of the works.
Why might the final price differ from the first indication?
A first figure is indicative. The quote is finalised when the scope is set in writing, and may be adjusted if hidden elements appear — for example, concealed services or damp — that could not be seen beforehand. We communicate this before continuing.

We'll give you an indicative quote and a clear scope before we start. The timeline and price depend on the project, the ground, the materials, the permits and the finishes.
