Electrical work
New electrical installations and upgrades carried out by qualified personnel and, where required, with a certificate from an authorised installer.
We build to the technical project
Electrical work is regulated and high-risk. We design and carry it out in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations (REBT), with the documentation and the installer certificate that each case requires.
- Execution in accordance with the REBT
- Coordination with an authorised installer
- Documentation of the installation
- Definition of points and power requirements
- Authorised-installer certificate for connections or changes
What's included
The exact scope is defined in writing for each project. It does not include items that are not agreed.
When this service makes sense

Frequently asked questions
- Do you carry out new electrical installations and upgrades?
- Yes. We do new installations, extensions and consumer-unit and circuit upgrades, as well as light points, sockets and switches. This is carried out by qualified personnel and in accordance with current regulations, either as part of a renovation or as a stand-alone service.
- What is the authorised-installer certificate and when is it needed?
- It is the document issued by an authorised installer to certify an installation for certain administrative procedures, such as a new connection or a change of contracted power. We coordinate the certificate when the case requires it. The exact requirements depend on the utility company and the relevant authority.
- Do you work to the REBT?
- Yes. Electrical work is regulated and high-risk, and we design and carry it out in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations (REBT), with the documentation that each case requires. We do not improvise solutions outside the regulations.
- Can I do part of the installation myself?
- We do not recommend it. Working on electrical installations carries serious risks and must be done by qualified personnel. If you notice a fault or a potentially hazardous situation, the safest course is not to touch it and to call a professional.
- Can the electrics be renewed as part of a renovation?
- Yes, and it is often the best time to do it, because the installation can be adapted to actual use and left ready before the finishes go on. We coordinate the electrical work with the other trades and define the points and power requirements to match your needs.
