Commercial premises
Fitting out and renovation of commercial premises: layout, services and finishes to suit the intended activity.
What it involves
Adapting a space to a business activity means coordinating layout, services and finishes. We carry out the construction work, leaving the space ready, and coordinate with a technician when an activity project is needed. We do not process activity licences.
What's included
The exact scope is defined in writing for each project. It does not include items that are not agreed.

Frequently asked questions
- What does fitting out a commercial premises include?
- It usually includes the layout and structural work on the space, basic services, cladding, flooring and painting, and support works for fitting out. We adapt the premises to the intended activity and coordinate with a technician when a project is needed. The scope is set in writing.
- Do you handle the activity licence?
- We do not process licences and we do not replace the qualified technician. The activity licence and its requirements depend on the type of business, the municipality and the applicable regulations, and normally require a technical project. We coordinate with the process, but the decision rests with the administration.
- How long does fitting out a premises take?
- It depends on the scope, the starting condition of the space and the services required, so no timeline can be given before the case is assessed. Once the scope is defined, we agree a reasonable estimate in writing. We prefer to be realistic rather than promise dates that cannot be kept.
- Can you adapt a space to a specific business activity?
- Yes, provided the activity is compatible with the space and permitted under the applicable regulations, which has to be confirmed first. We carry out the construction side — layout, services, finishes — in line with the activity project and coordinate with the technician who signs it off.
- Can the work be done while the business is still operating?
- In some cases it is possible to organise the work in phases or within specific time windows, depending on the scope and type of premises. We assess this with you to minimise the impact on the business. It is not always possible and depends on each case.
